Shipping

Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of the purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping rates: Shipping rates vary depending on destination and the weight of the package. Customers can view shipping cost at check out before finalizing your order.

Shipping methods and Tracking information: We offer standard shipping. The estimated delivery time and cost will be displayed at check out. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. 

We currently only ship to addresses within the USA.

Return Policy

All sales are final once processed. If you received your package and there has been significant damage, contact us within 24hours of delivery.  

Disclaimer

At Lakeside Botanicals, we are proud to use organic, natural, raw, and unrefined ingredients in all of our handmade products. Because of the nature of these materials, variations in color, texture, and scent may occur from batch to batch—this is completely normal and part of what makes each item unique.

You may also notice small pieces of natural material, such as flower petals or stem fragments, in our products. These are a beautiful reminder that nature is at the heart of everything we create.

Due to the natural and preservative-free nature of our products, temperature changes during shipping or storage may affect consistency or appearance (such as softening, hardening, discoloration or separation). This does not impact the quality or effectiveness of the product. 

For best results, we recommend discarding products after 6 months of use, or sooner if they have been exposed to water, show signs of spoilage, or develop an unusual or unpleasant odor.
